SEPUTEH HINDU YOUTH ORGANISATION ("Seputeh HYO") was formed in February 2002 under the Parlimentary of Seputeh, Wilayah Persekutuan and officially registered on 16th September 2002 (Registration No. 1278 (WP)).

Parlimentary of Seputeh starts from Tun Sambanthan (Brickfields), Jalan Klang Lama up to Salak South and Sri Petaling.

Our Patron is none other than YB Datuk M. Saravanan, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Federal Territories whom is also Chief Information Officer of National MIC and Chairman of Federal Territory MIC.

Besides this, HYO is also recognized by the Ministry of Youth & Sports and affiliated by the Malaysian Hindu Youth Council.

The purpose of forming Seputeh HYO is :-

~ To educate our Hindu Community, especially our Hindu youths on our Hinduism and facilitate them accordingly;

~ To fulfill our youth's expectation in our tradition, culture, social and sports;

~ To help the unprivileged people.

Our door is always open to all Hindu's, not only to those from Seputeh but also from other area.

Those who are interested to join us, must be aged between 15 to 40 years old with a yearly membership fees of RM12.00 only.
